Ullrich Aluminium required a larger, purpose-built facility in New Plymouth to better cater for its extensive product lines. The new warehouse and distribution centre provides the space, functionality, and efficiency the company needed to support its operations.

Clelands delivered the build using Coresteel’s innovative design system, incorporating features such as bird and vermin-resistant purlins, wide spans of 49.1m by 22.45m, and a 7m knee height for stock storage. The result is a robust, flexible facility that combines durability with practicality, ensuring Ullrich Aluminium has the space and infrastructure to continue servicing its customers effectively.
