Summerset Regional Main Building
The Summerset Regional Main Building in New Plymouth was developed as a central hub to support Summerset’s regional operations and growing presence in Taranaki. Bringing together administrative, operational, and support functions in a purpose built environment, the facility is designed for efficiency, durability, and long term use. Clelands were engaged directly by Summerset to deliver the carpentry and concrete scopes, providing strong technical capability, reliable resourcing, and a collaborative approach that aligned with the client’s programme and quality expectations.
The project required careful coordination with the wider construction team to ensure seamless integration between structural concrete works and follow on carpentry activities. Clelands focused on clear communication, forward planning, and safe work practices to maintain programme certainty and minimise disruption on site. Quality control was a key priority throughout, with attention to detail ensuring a high standard of finish across all elements of the works.
