OMV Office Project
The Gill Street tower was transformed into a modern, resilient workplace for OMV. The project included seismic strengthening, weather-tightness remedials, and a high-spec fit out across seven levels and 5,000m². Upgrades to lifts, mechanical systems, reticulation, and lighting created a sustainable building with a fresh aesthetic that prioritises safety and wellbeing.
As ECI partner and head contractor, Clelands coordinated complex staging, new services, and seismic works. Delivered on time in December 2020, the project provides a flexible, high-quality environment for more than 800 staff and contractors.
