Clelands were engaged as head contractor to deliver this adaptive reuse project, balancing the heritage value of the former mail centre with contemporary aspirations. Our team worked closely with the developer to preserve the building’s structural integrity, reuse existing materials, and respect its history, while creating flexible, open-plan office spaces that meet the needs of modern working styles. The result is a premium multi-tenancy environment seamlessly integrated within the existing fabric, without compromising the original architectural essence.

Clelands were the natural choice and obvious fit for this project. Engaging Clelands as the main contractor provided our investors and bankers comfort that the project would be completed within planned project criteria.

Inside, the redevelopment continues the dialogue between old and new. Exposed brick walls are paired with polished concrete floors, steel detailing, and natural light to create a warm yet modern aesthetic. This careful balance of materials delivers a collaborative, future-ready workspace while preserving the character and integrity of the original structure.
