Port Taranaki Office
Opened by Prime Minister John Key in 2009, this was the first building in Taranaki to achieve a 5 Star Green Star rating. It set a benchmark for sustainable, high-performance commercial construction in the region.
The building showcases innovative design and quality execution, with raw precast concrete balanced by New Zealand silver beech and expansive frameless glass. This combination delivers strength, elegance, and light-filled interiors that align with green star principles.
