Ryan brings extensive estimating and quantity surveying experience to the Clelands team, with a career spanning over 19 years in New Zealand and overseas. Holding a Bachelor of Construction (Quantity Surveying), he has worked across major residential, commercial and civil projects, providing expertise in cost planning, budgeting, tendering, procurement and contract administration. Ryan has a proven track record in delivering accurate estimates, managing project budgets and ensuring financial control from feasibility through to final accounts. Recognised for his precision, analytical thinking and commitment to cost certainty, he ensures estimates are reliable, budgets are well managed and projects are set up for commercial success.
