Russell Mancer

Russell began his career as a foreman and project manager and is now a highly experienced estimator and quantity surveyor. Trade qualified and holding a New Zealand Certificate of Quantity Surveying, he has been involved in the front-end planning and delivery of a wide variety of construction projects throughout New Zealand. Since joining Clelands in 1998, Russell has developed an in-depth understanding of construction costs and methodology. His expertise, accuracy and practical insight make him a trusted resource for ensuring projects are scoped, costed and planned to achieve the best outcomes for clients.
