Layton Cottam

Layton is an experienced tradesman who has progressed through multiple site based roles to become Clelands’ most senior Foreman, culminating in his leadership as Site Manager for the award-winning Len Lye Centre. He later transitioned into his current role as Project Manager, where he applies his extensive practical knowledge and leadership skills to deliver complex projects with precision. A licensed building practitioner, Layton is valued for his competence, diligence and commitment to quality, ensuring exceptional outcomes for both Clelands and our clients.
