Heinrich joined Clelands Construction in 2015 as a carpenter, quickly stepping into leadership roles before moving into health, safety and environmental advisory work. With more than a decade on our sites, he brings a practical, boots-on-the-ground understanding of how good safety is built into the job, not bolted on after the fact.
