Clelands’ Role
Clelands were engaged as head contractor to deliver this sensitive and technical project. We worked closely with the client, architect, and health specialists to create an environment that is both clinically functional and welcoming for patients and staff. The build involved complex services integration to meet strict health sector requirements for safety, security, and therapeutic design. Our team coordinated specialist trades under rigorous health and safety protocols, while ensuring cultural values and community priorities were embedded in the process, grounding the facility firmly in its Taranaki context.
