Clelands delivered Todd Energy’s new 940m² Operations Facility at the McKee Mangahewa natural gas processing site. Built into a hillside using modular Cross-Laminated Timber, the facility centralises control, handling and emergency response functions. The result is a safer, more efficient workplace that supports long-term operations and showcases sustainable construction in a critical Taranaki industry.

Constructed from Cross-Laminated Timber (CLT), was carefully integrated into a hillside location. This approach required precision planning and staging to manage site constraints while ensuring continuity of operations at the adjacent plant.
