This project involved the upgrade and refit of two 700m² office floors to create modern, flexible workspaces. Construction was carefully staged to allow tenants to remain in occupation throughout the works, ensuring minimal disruption to daily operations.
Architectural features include a bespoke moulded timber counter and decorative acoustic partitions, which bring both function and character to the space. The result is a high-quality office environment that balances practicality with design, supporting collaboration and contemporary ways of working.
