Puke Ariki Library Maintenance
Clelands managed the delivery of maintenance works at Puke Ariki Library, one of New Plymouth’s most significant civic and cultural facilities. The project included a full exterior repaint and replacement of the existing flat roof membrane, helping protect and extend the life of the building while maintaining its presentation and long term performance.
Working within an operational public facility required careful coordination, planning, and communication to minimise disruption while maintaining safety and programme certainty.
