Chris Gibson

Chris is Clelands’ Workshop Manager and oversees our apprenticeship programme, ensuring the next generation of tradespeople are equipped with the skills, knowledge and experience to succeed. A qualified carpenter with over a decade of industry experience, he has worked across construction, joinery and the petrochemical sector, building a broad and practical skill set. Chris’s career includes running his own business, site supervision and foreman roles, giving him strong project, operational and safety management expertise. His approachable style and strong communication skills foster teamwork and a supportive learning environment for apprentices and experienced staff alike.
